Jefferson county marriage records support the 1868 year, however). Her DOD is reported to be Feb. 3, 1921. Her obituary referred to it as "Wednesday night" which could be interpreted as Feb. 2, 1921. MARTHA M'KEE DIED LAST NIGHT Mrs. Martha J. McKEE died Wednesday night at her home on South Fourth street, after an illness of several months from a complication of diseases, attendant upon old age. Mrs. McKEE was seventy-six years, six months and twenty-three days old at the time of her death. She is survived by six children: Ed E. McKee (sic. John Edgar McKee), of Memphis, Mo.; W. C. McKEE, Mrs. Ed MILLER, Mrs. Fannie GREESON, Miss Nora R. McKEE and Mrs. C. H. TRAIL, all of Fairfield. Funeral services will be held at the home, 600 South Fourth street, Friday afternoon at two o'clock in charge of Rev. H. Sears Thomson. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery. ---------- Additional children with memorials but not linked two-way at this point: Nora Cunningham (Nora Rozella McKee Hudgell/Cunningham; married first to Ernest Hudgell, then to Thomas Cunningham). Son "Ed E. McKee" was listed as being of Memphis, MO. in the first (Feb. 3rd) obituary for his mother, but that was somewhat in error; his full given name was John Edgar McKee. The Feb. 9, 1921 full obituary in the Fairfield Daily Journal listed the name as "J. E. McKee".
