Read More	Mrs. Martha Hengstler Sinks Into Eternal Rest Creighton's Oldest Resident Died At Her Home Wednesday at 1:15 a.m. Was Past 90 Year of Age Mrs. Martha Hengstler, who has been failing in health for some time, passed away at her home on Wednesday morning at 1:15 a.m. She was one of the early settlers of this county, having lived here sixty-one years, first residing on a farm south of town. Mrs. Hengstler played a large part in the settlement and development of this part of the country. She could relate many of the pioneer experiences of the settlers of this locality and braved many hardships and privations. At death she was 90 years, 3 months and 10 days of age. In the passing of Mrs. Hengstler, a good and noble woman has gone from our community. She was an ardent Christine woman, her whole life being exemplary, her devotion to her church and family has been beautiful and she will be greatly missed by the grieving family and her large circle of friends. She leaves to mourn two daughters, Miss Martha Hengstler and Mrs. Lena Bush of this city, three sons, W.C. and J.M. of Creighton and A.J. of Norfolk, besides four grandchildren and one great grandson. Funeral services will probably be held on Friday afternoon at 1:30 from the Zion Lutheran church. The family of this departed woman has the sympathy of all in their sad bereavement.
