Mary was born April 16, 1927, to Herman and Fern (Briggs) Moseman in rural Hooper. On August 18, 1946, she marrried Dale Snover at Winslow. Snover Mary A Snover, 71, of Nickerson died Wednesday, August 5, 1998, in her home. She lived all of her life in the Fremont and Hooper area. Mary was born April 16, 1927, to Herman and Fern (Briggs) Moseman in rural Hooper. On August 18, 1946, she marrried Dale Snover at Winslow. She worked for St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School at rural Arlington. Mary was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Arlington. Survivors include husband, Dale; three sons, Don and wife Sandra Snover of Yuma, Az., Ron and Donna Snover of Lincoln, and John and Connie Snover of Fremont; five brothers, Clarence and wife Lorraine Moseman of Fremont, Kenneth and JoAnn Moseman of Plainview; Calvin and Marian Moseman of Craig, Marlyn and Marlene Moseman, Duane and LaRae Moseman all of Hooper; sister, Joan and husband Marlin Scheer of Auburn; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandchild, Shawn A. Snover. Funeral services were held Auugust 8 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church north of Arlington with the Rev. Dr. Michael L. Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Hooper Cemetery in Hooper. Honorary pallbearers were Verdell Stork, Micbael Leifeste, Jobn Foust, Dennis Rosenthal, Ted Martin, Dale Wimer, Byron and Micbael Moseman and Jerry Ruskamp. Pallbearers were Kendall Scbeer, Jeff Clarkson, Jason Snover, Ernie Schafersman, Dana Iverson and Rick Moseman. Visitation will be 1-9 tonight at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont, and one hour prior to service at the church. Burial will be at Hooper Cemtery.
