Mary, daughter of Ferdinand and Katherine Buschelman was born January 30, 1854, in Oldenburg, Germany. She came to American when she was 17 years old and first lived at Ft. Wayne, Ind. The family then moved to a farm two miles west of Fordyce, where Miss Buschelman had made her home for the past 75 years. At the time of her death she was making her home with her nephews, Martin and Gus Buschelman. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, all other members of her family having preceded her in death. Those coming to attend the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Ted Smith and Norbert of Elgin; Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Asbra, Wichita, Kan.; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Printz, Yankton; Mrs. Theresa Wiebelhaus and Ray of Coleridge; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Buschelman of Vermillion; Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Asbra, Jackson and Joe Kuehn of Crofton.
