Mary was born on July 5, 1923, the daughter of Leo Holtkamp and Catherine Pomberg Holtkamp. She was a homemaker. She married Norman Kenel on October 22, 1946. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Altar & Rosary Society and the Workshop Art Gallery. Her parents, three sisters and one brother preceded her in death. Friends may call after 1 p.m., Monday, with a rosary recited at 3 p.m. The family will meet with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. and a wake service will be held at 7 p.m., all at King-Lynk. Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 28, at Sacred Heart Church, with Rev. Christopher David officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
