On May 16, 1945 at Mankato, KS she was united in marriage to Benjamin George Disney and to this union was born seven children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Lillie, one son, Dennis James Disney and one daughter, Mary Margaret Disney. One sister, Blanche Nelson and five brothers, Bud, Dean, Clyde, Denny and Otto Reeve. She is survived by her husband Ben of Superior, NE; daughters, Gloria Sharp and husband Ron of Grand Island, NE; Kathy Carpenter and husband Mark of Sabetha, KS; Patricia Howe and husband Wayne of Olathe, KS; and Mary Sauvain and husband Bill of Plattsmouth, NE; one son John Disney and wife Deanna of Colorado Springs, CO. 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one sister, E. Jane Nash of Milton-Freewater, OR; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held on Friday, May 28, 2004 from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Superior, NE with Pastor Leslie Warner officiating. Pallbearers were Phillip Howe, Benjamin Howe, Chris Stocker, Ryan Stocker, Chad Suavain, and Shannon Disney. Honorary Pallbearers were Shon Disney, Marla Sharp, Mary Harris, Veronica Friesen and Crystal Disney. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Superior, NE. Memorials may go in care of the family.
