Mary Frances Fitzgibbons was born on June 21, 1928 in Sioux City, Iowa to John (Cy) Fitzgibbons and Martha Wasson. She joined two brothers, Charles Rudolph and Leo Francis. She was baptized and confirmed at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sioux City, Iowa. She was a member of Catholic Daughters. Read More	Mary Frances Hall, 89, of Burbank, South Dakota passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at home with her family by her side. Mary Frances Fitzgibbons was born on June 21, 1928 in Sioux City, Iowa to John (Cy) Fitzgibbons and Martha Wasson. She joined two brothers, Charles Rudolph and Leo Francis. She was baptized and confirmed at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sioux City, Iowa. She was a member of Catholic Daughters. Mary graduated from Cathedral High School in 1945 and attended Briar Cliff College for two years. She married Raymond Hall in Sioux City, Iowa on August 23, 1949 and became a mother to ten children. In September 1986, after the death of her daughter, Marilyn, Mary organized and directed Vermillion Community Hospice until 1991 when she retired as the director. She continued as a hospice volunteer as well as being involved in many things around the community. Mary had a very infectious smile. Survivors include: her husband and love of her life, Raymond Hall of Burbank, SD; sons: Larry (Susan) Hall of Sioux City, Iowa; Tom (Pam) Hall of Burbank, SD; daughters: Rosemary (Gerry) Evans of Vermillion, SD; Diane (Darcy) Steen of Lodi, CA; Julie (Jerome) Janssen of Madison, SD; Janet (Brian) Mount of Meckling, SD; Eileen (Jeff) Senst of Aberdeen, SD; twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great- great grandchild.
