Read More	Mrs. Mary Packard To Be Buried Today WELL KNOWN MATRON DIED LAST TUESDAY Mrs. Mary H. Packard, well known and highly respected matron, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Luther Sterling, in the Mariners section, Tuesday evening at the age of 77 years. She had been in declining health for some time, but her death came as a shock to relatives and friends alike. A native of Crisfield, she was the daughter of the late Henry L. and Alice Lowe Hardester, and the widow of the late John Packard, who died about 25 years ago. Mrs. Packard was a woman who loved her home and family and found great happiness in their welfare. She was a good neighbor and friend, generous and helpful, and many were the good deeds she performed for others during a long and busy life. A member of the Baptist Church, she attended the meetings regularly and took an active part in its varied activities until ill health confined her to her home. She will rest at the Bradshaw Funeral Parlors until this afternoon, Friday, when funeral services will he held at 2.00 p.m. in the Baptist Temple, with Rev. E. E. Garland and Rev. L. L. Knotts officiating. Interment will be in the family lot in the Crisfield cemetery. Mrs. Packard is survived by the following children: Mrs. Luther Sterling of Crisfield, Mrs. Alice Wilson, Mrs. Clarence Massey and Mrs. Nellie Adams, all of Baltimore, Mrs. Dulany Hall of Newport News, Va., and Mr. Charles Packard of Crisfield; a sister, Mrs. Sue Evans, and a brother, Mr. A.
