Description	:	The Emporia Weekly News, 08 Oct 1875, Fri SUDDEN DEATH'S--On Wednesday, we regret to hear, Mrs. Hawk, wife of Mr. N. Hawk, who came here last spring, to carry on the cattle business, died very suddenly. She had been ill for some time. Mr. Hawk was away in Greenwood county, and a messenger was sent to convey him this sad intelligence. Mrs. Hawk was a very estimable lady, and leaves a family of children. An uncle of L. B. Kellogg also died suddenly the same day. He had been in ill health for some time, with rheumatism.
