Description	:	OBITUARY taken from "The Falls City Journal", March 13, 1914; p-1, col-3 Mary Jane TenEyck was born in Wabash county, Indiana, June 11, 1845, died at her home near Barada, Nebraska, on March 3, 1914, aged 69 years, 8 months and 22 days. In 1864 she was united in marriage with John Thomas Sailors. To this union seven children were born, four of whom preceded the mother in death. Read More	OBITUARY taken from "The Falls City Journal", March 13, 1914; p-1, col-3 Mary Jane TenEyck was born in Wabash county, Indiana, June 11, 1845, died at her home near Barada, Nebraska, on March 3, 1914, aged 69 years, 8 months and 22 days. In 1864 she was united in marriage with John Thomas Sailors. To this union seven children were born, four of whom preceded the mother in death. In 1873 she came with her husband from Indiana to Nebraska and here in 1875 Mr. Sailors died. In 1878 she was married to Thomas D. TenEyck and to this union three children were born. She was a member of the church of Christ for forty years. Although a sufferer for several years her gentleness and patience were notable. The immediate cause of death was due to a complication of diseases, chief of which was Brights disease from which she had suffered for years. The funeral services were conducted from the church of Christ by Rev. W. P. Gray. She leaves to mourn her loss, husband and six children, all of whom were present at the funeral. They are Orna Sailors, Mrs. Ella Slagle, Mrs. Emma Hood, all of this vicinity; Wade TenEyck of Brookfield, Mo.; Mrs. Lula Berg and Mrs. Eva Stokes of this vicinity. A large host of relatives and friends gathered to pay their last sad rites to the memories of this good woman, all of whom join in extending sympathy to the bereaved ones.
