Description	:	As a very young child, Mary Kolb was playing in the yard near the area where her family wash pot was being used at the time. She got a bit too close to the fire under the wash pot and her clothes accidentally caught on fire. Despite desperate attempts by the family to save her, she was burned to death. Mary was the fifth child born to John Ervin and Artelia L. Stewart Kolb.	As a very young child, Mary Kolb was playing in the yard near the area where her family wash pot was being used at the time.
