Eisenhauer 1979 Bridgewater Bulletin Mary Louise Eisenhauer, 2, of Simpson's Corner, and formerly of Newburne, passed away Monday, September 3, 1979, at the Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg, where she was a patient for several days. Mary suffered a stroke in November, 1974, which left her paralyzed on her right side and affected her speech. Following hospitalization for seven months she became a resident at Harbour View Haven, Lunenburg. She bore her affliction with patience and always had a smile for those who visited her. She was a kind and loving mother and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Born in Lower Northfield, on January 16, 1897, she was the daughter of the late Simeon and Sarah (Zinck) Oickle. Surviving are three sons, Herman, Grand Falls, Newfoundland; Innes, Kingston; and Garnet of Simpson's Corner; two sisters, Princetta (Mrs. Cecil Oickle), Lower Northfield; Mrs. Olive Aulenback, Blockhouse; three brothers, Emery, Hatchett's Lake; Stanley, Truro; and Oran, Lower Northfield; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest, on September 13, 1969; one daughter, Phyllis; three sons, Moyle, Floyd, and Alden; three sisters, Nellie, Laura, and Annie; three brothers, Pearlie, Willis, and Everett; also two granddaughters and one grandson in infancy.
