Read More	LOVEGROVE, MAURICE LeROY—Maurice LeRoy Lovegrove was born to Roy Everett Lovegrove and Ruth Anderson Lovegrove on December 16, 1929, at Fairmont, and passed away on November 28, 1989, at his home in Keystone, S.D., at the age of 59 years, 11 months and 18 days. He was one of four children in the family. Morry, as he was fondly called by his family and friends, graduated from the Geneva High School in 1947. After his father’s death in 1946, he took over the family’s farming responsibilities. On August 15, 1949, he was married to Marilyn L. Smith of Fairmont, and to them four children were born: Gregory, Debra, John Robert and Brenda. In 1973, Morry and his family moved to Montana and for the last several years have managed motels. At the time of his death, they were located in Keystone, S.D. Morry enjoyed his family, hunting, and fishing and nearly any outdoor activity. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy; brother, John Robert; Mother, Ruth; and by infant twin boys who died shortly after birth. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn of Keystone, S.D.; sons, Greg and wife Chris of Billings, Mt., and Bob of Keystone, S.D.; daughters, Debra Van Ackeren and husband, Larry of Columbus, and Brenda Nagel of Helena, Mt.; a sister, Dorothy Allgood and her husband, Charlie of Fairmont; a brother, Don Lovegrove and wife Roma of Waverly; and grandchildren, Heidi, Holly, Heather and Nichole Van Ackeren, Dannielle and Michael Nagel and Cara and Kim Lovegrove. Church in Geneva on Friday, December 1, with the Rev. Cal Leeds officiating. Mrs. Norval Lomax accompanied Kelly Eich, who sang “The Old Rugged Cross” and “How Great Thou Art.” Pallbearers were Ralph Broman, Ted F. Hedden, Loren Hofferber, Francis Jacobsen, Wendell Lauber and Toby McMullen. Interment was in the Geneva Public Cemetery. The Nebraska Signal 7 December 1989, page 9.
