A daughter of (Christopher) CW and Louisa Brust Hines, she was born at Beaver, Ohio, May 16, 1875. Her husband, Frank Ober died May 13, 1956. A resident of the South Charleston community for the past 60 years, she was a member of the Methodist Church in Beaver. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Viola) Augustus of South Charleston, route 1; a grandson and two granddaughters; a great-grandson; and two brothers, Fred Hines of Springfield and Clarence Hines of South Charleston. Mrs. Ober’s body was taken to the Sprague funeral home in South Charleston where friends may call after 7 pm Monday. Services will be in the funeral home at 2 pm Wed. Burial in the Greenlawn Cemetery.
