Description	:	There seems to be a bit of a mystery with Rayburn's wife. There is a Maria Marrs listed in the "Cemeteries of Berrien County Michigan" with a birth year of 1836 and a death year of 1927 which matches the date on the tombstone. I am not able to find any other information for this Maria. She was buried in Block C, Lot 31, Grave 6 according to the Cemeteries of Berrien County book. There is a Maria Marrs listed in the "Cemeteries of Berrien County Michigan" with a birth year of 1836 and a death year of 1927 which matches the date on the tombstone. I am not able to find any other information for this Maria. She was buried in Block C, Lot 31, Grave 6 according to the Cemeteries of Berrien County book. There is also a Nancy Marie Marrs listed in the book in Block C, Lot 31, Grave 8. This "Maria" has a death date, according to her death record, of 1916 which does not match the tombstone. Marriage records indicate Rayburn was married to Marie Friley on April 2, 1863. I think possibly these two are the same person and the death date on the tombstone may be in error.
