Dixon Jennings and the Rev. Randy Kittelson. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Uhlmann-Powell Funeral Home, Williamsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Everett, Dale, Earl and Myrle; a sister, Pearl; and a son-in-law, Robert Hughes. Born Aug. 13, 1915, near Victor, she was the daughter of Frank J. and Mae Coats Mohr. Naomi graduated from Guernsey High School, attended Iowa State Teachers College and taught school near Victor for a few years. She married Deane Cranston on Feb. 14, 1938, at the Little Brown Church, Nashua. They lived and farmed near Deep River for several years before moving in 1955 to Williamsburg, where she became part of Burg Insurance Co. Naomi was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg and a 50-year member and past matron of Order of Eastern Star .
