Born in Crisfield, she was a daughter of the late Orrie L. and Annie Ward Tawes. Edward Webb, Salisbury business executive who died last June, died early last Friday in Peninsula General Hospital after a long illness. Her home was at 509 N. Division St. in Salisbury. Born in Crisfield, she was a daughter of the late Orrie L. and Annie Ward Tawes. Mrs. Webb was a member of the Junior Auxiliary Board of Peninsula General Hospital, the Wicomico Woman's Club, Crisfield's Chesapeake Chapter No. 28, Order of the Eastern Star, and Immanuel Methodist Church in Crisfield. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. James H. Elzey, and a grandson, both of Chestertown, and a brother and two sisters, O. L. Tawes, Jr., Mrs. William S. Sterling, and Mrs. Anne T. Whittington, all of Crisfield. The funeral service was held this past Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Hill Funeral Home in Salisbury. The Rev. Ralph L. Minker, Jr. of Columbia City, Md., a former minister of Mrs. Elzey in Chestertown, officiated. He was assisted by the Rev. Walter A. Donoway, assistant pastor of Bethesda Methodist Church in Salisbury. Burial was in Crisfield's Sunnyridge Memorial Park. In absence of the Rev. Donald J.
