She was a member of the Germany Hill Church. She enjoyed a special relationship with her grandson Kenneth Robert "Robby" Holsinger. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings Michael Spires and Molly Harrell. She is survived by her husband Michael Blythe of Manchester, Ohio, her children: Theresa Hawkins of Killeen, Texas, Jamie Blythe of Seaman, Ohio, Tammy Tarvin of Portsmouth, Ohio, Tonya Berndt of Florida, and Ray Blythe, many grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and her cousin: Cathy Cross. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wilson Home for Funerals is assisting the family with the arrangements.
