Description	:	Funeral Mass for Paul (Bud) LaTray, 91, of Anaconda will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, at the Holy Family Catholic Church, Anaconda. LaTray died Thursday, April 9, 2009, at the Community Hospital of Anaconda. Vigil services will be held on Tuesday evening starting at 7 p.m. at the Longfellow Finnegan Funeral Chapel followed by a rosary service. Paul was born on July 31, 1917, to William and Jenny (Gardippe) LaTray at Landusky. He came from a family of 18 children, and they were destined to be together born 9½ years apart in the same house. He received his education in the Chinook area and, following his education, he worked as a ranch hand on the Amous Thompson Ranch and on various others in the area. He married Ruby Doney on July 28, 1943, in Havre. They left the Milk River area to move to Anaconda in 1950 where he went to work for the Anaconda Co. for 30 years. He retired in 1980. Paul loved fishing, hunting, spending time with his family and hauling wood. Paul is survived by his wife, Ruby; children, Joyce Venturelli, Carol Grover, Ace LaTray, Orville LaTray, Butch LaTray and Paul LaTray; brothers and sisters, Alice and Marvin Schnabel, Harold LaTray, Pearl and Andy Anderson and Claira Norberg; grandchildren, Barb and Troy Saba, Luke and Nikki McLaughlin, Jeanette Macumber, Jason Stigen, Rusty and Shannon LaTray, Rick LaTray, Robb LaTray, Jason McElroy, Josh and Kayla LaTray and Tristen Grover and Trevon Adam; great-grandchildren, DJ and Mercedes Macumber, Chevy Saba, Cody, Ian, Raden, McLaughlin, Jonathan Moreno, Jonathan McLaughlin, Aiden and Logan Stigen and Jessica and Kendalyn LaTray; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family whom he loved dearly. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Ruby Ann LaTray; and several siblings. Longfellow Finnegan Funeral Home is entrusted with his funeral services.
