Description	:	SKOWHEGAN - Rebecca J. Landry went to Heaven on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, to be reunited with loved ones, who had previously passed away. She was born in Palmyra on March 30, 1943, the daughter of the late Kenneth K. and Doris (Manson) Austin. Rebecca attended schools in Madison. She was a member of United Baptist Church in Madison and very much enjoyed Pastors Dan, Tim, and Tobin Curtis. Besides her parents, Rebecca was predeceased by her brother, Gordon K. Davis and her husband, David, of Skowhegan, Ricky A. Austin Sr. and his wife, Tracy, of Norridgewock, and Mickey A. Landry Sr. and his wife, Kelly, of Anson; her sister, Jacqueline M. Weese of Anson; her sisters-in-law, Alice Austin of Norridgewock and Mildred Simonds of Dexter; her other special in-laws, Earl, Richard, Bill, Carlton, and Fred Landry, Gertrude Avery, Alberta Cody, and Ella Knox; a very special person whom she thought of as a daughter, Sandy Holt of Madison; a very good friend and father of her children, Raymond Landry Jr.; her buddy, Dennis Messer of Anson; lifelong friends, Ruth Thibodeau and Ruby Wallace, both of Madison and Joanne Fredric of Skowhegan; her grandchildren, Raejeania Crommett and her husband, Ricky, Ashley Davis and her companion, Edward Archer, Charles Davis and his wife, Lenora, Rebecca Steuber and her husband, Chad, Ricky Austin Jr. and his wife, Tracie, Shawn Austin, Mickey Landry Jr. and his companion, Brandie Labelle, Desiree Landry, Nicholas Landry, and Christopher Crawford; her seven great-granddaughters and eight great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. (Rebecca J. Landry of Skowhegan, died Dec. 16. "Inadvertently omitted from her obituary, published on Dec. 18, was one of her grandsons, Richard A. Austin.
