He was preceded in death by a son, and a granddaughter, 3 brothers, Lavern, John, Kenneth Husmann, and 1 sister Marie Lubben. Robert Husmann was born February 6, 1928 in Anamosa, Iowa. He was the son of Jack and Anne Otten Husmann. He enlisted in the Army during the Korean conflict. On January 2, 1955, he married Elnora Tholen at the Wayne Zion Lutheran Church. The couple raised there 4 children and farmed near Scotch Grove and Center Junction for many years. Robert was an avid baseball fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. He loved going to their games and watching many hours of the baseball on television. He will be greatly missed by many family and friends.
