ATCHISON, Kan., April 10 (Special) – Mrs. Rosa Albers, eighty-two, resident of Doniphan County most of her life, died last night at her home east of Bendena, Kan., of a cerebral hemorrhage. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Antone Holshey, she was born in St. Joseph Oct. 5, 1857. In 1875 she was married to John Albers. The couple spent all of their married life on the farm where she died. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Bertha Albers of the home and Mrs. William Myers, Bendena; four sons, E. J. Albers of the home and W. C. Albers, E. M. Albers and G. H. Albers, all of Bendena; three stepchildren; a brother Martin Holzhey, Bendena; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
