West Palm Beach Fla. Mr. Neely, former local resident, had resided in Florida for the past 14 years, moving there from Warren where he had been employed by the Denman Rubber Co. While a resident of this city he had worked at the W. S. George Pottery Co. and the McGraw Tire & Rubber Co. Three years ago Mr. Neely suffered a stroke and had been hospitalized during the past several years for medical attention for a heart ailment. He is survived in the home by his wife, Mary Baker Neely. There are three sisters, Mrs. R. G. (Cora) Sutherin of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Sam (Rose) Dewey of Bradenton, Fla., and Mrs. John (Mabel) McCausland of Houston, Texas. His parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. John D. Neely. Funeral arrangements are pending. The body will be brought to the Oliver funeral home.
