He was born Oct. 16, 1919, in Xenia, Kansas, the son of Jesse and Geneva Jean (Stevenson) Robb. He was a lifelong resident of Bourbon County, attended Bronson High School. He was born Oct. 16, 1919, in Xenia, Kansas, the son of Jesse and Geneva Jean (Stevenson) Robb. He was a lifelong resident of Bourbon County, attended Bronson High School. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II in the 463rd Bombardier Group from August 1942 to Nov. 1945. On Nov. 6, 1942, he married Vineta R. Potter in Fort Scott, Kansas. He was self-employed as a farmer and also hauled lime. He was a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge of Xenia. He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Kathy Jean Budd and husband, Albert, Richards, MO, Dona Marie Spencer and husband, Harry, Fort Scott, KS, and Karin Sue Morrison and husband, L.D., Redfield, KS; sixteen grandchildren, Albert Lee Budd and wife, Brenda, Russell Budd, David Budd and wife, Wendy, Amber Cain and husband, Steve, Holly Lefevre, Jess Spencer and wife, Maegan, Andrew Spencer, Clint and Jeffrey Morrison; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A brother; Eugene, and three sisters, Marjorie Waite, Irene Jaro, and Elizabeth Stewart, died earlier. The Rev Steve Miles will officiate at the funeral services at Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home in Fort Scott, KS, with burial in the Bronson Cemetery, Bronson, Kansas.
