Deceased was in her 29th year and was born in Mono on March 17th, 1903. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, three little sons, Kenneth, Keith and Rex, also her mother, two sisters, Mrs. Norman McMullin, Caledon East, and Mrs. Wilmer Palmer, Connor, and three brothers, Hugh and Russell Lee, Connor, and Clinton Lee, Toronto. The funeral, which was attended by a large number of relatives and neighbors, was held from her late home to St. John's cemetery in Mono on Thursday afternoon, May 21st. The services were conducted by the Rev. Woods, assisted by the Rev. R. K. Burnside. The pallbearers were five brothers-in-law, Norman McMullin, Wilmer Palmer, Floyd Rowley, Mervin Rowley, Nelson Hunt and her brother, Russell Lee. The flower bearers were Clarence Baxter, Lenvard and Mondon Lee and Garnet Ward. The many floral tributes bore testimony to the high esteem in which the late Mrs. Rowley was held. They included a pillow from her husband, a pillow from her mother, a wreath from the brothers and sisters, a sheaf of roses from Mervin and Floyd Rowley, wreath from Clinton and Muriel Lee, a spray from Mr. and Mrs. Hunt, a spray from Ballycroy Institute, basket from Lorna Bracken and a basket from Mr. and Mrs. Creswell Walker. Friends were present at the funeral from Toronto, Caledon East, Brampton, Orangeville, Maple, Beeton, Nobleton, Bolton, Palgrave and Tottenham. The late Mrs. Rowley was a member of St. John's Church, Mono, but had attended Adjala United church since her marriage. She was held in high esteem in the community and her demise so early in life is keenly regretted.
