Description	:	Selma Anna Turk was born in Germany, March 22, 1856. She married Ernest Grossoehme in 1877. The couple had twelve children. Two of their children died while infants. In 1881, the two of them, plus their two oldest children, immigrated to America. Most of their time in America was lived in Nebraska, were they farmed. During Her last few years before she passed away, the two lived in Omaha. She died there at the age of 70, in February 1929.
