SENIA COLE DIES IN YOUNGSTOWN; ILL ONE YEAR - SPENT LIFETIME HERE HUSBAND DIED 9 YEARS AGO Eight Stepchildren Survive With Sister and Grandchildren; Brother Deceased; Services Held at Fry Funeral Home ____________________________________________________________ Following a year's illness due to complications and paralysis, Mrs. Senia Cole, 87, departed this life, Thursday, September 7, at 1228 Hillman street, Youngstown. The deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Greenamyer, born February 26, 1846, at Delphos, Ohio, and was married in 1901, at Salem to George W. Cole, who died nine years ago. Mr. Cole was a prominent farmer in this community and both he and Mrs. Cole were well known and highly esteemed. Mrs. Cole had spent practically all her life in Columbiana until a year ago when she went to Youngstown to live. Her church affiliations were with the Grace Reformed here where she had been an active member. She leaves the following eight step-children; Mrs. H. H. Stern, John Cole and Elmer Cole, Beaver Falls, Pa.; Mrs. Bruce Moody, Youngstown; Henry L. Cole, Canton; Clyde Cole, Niles; William Cole, Adamsville and George L. Cole, Columbiana. One sister, Mrs. Bell Morlan of Lakewood, also survives with 21 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Fry Funeral Home here, Sunday afternoon at 2:30, with many friends in attendance. Rev. S. L. Fritz conducted the last rites.
