Mr. Spickler, Lancaster native, died Friday, Mrs. Spickler was siezed with a heart attack Saturday night several hours after the body of her husband was returned home. She died Sunday at 2 a. m. Interment was made in St. Mary's cemetery for both. _________________________________________________ Per family lore, Susie Craiglow Spickler lost her husband, Samuel, on the morning of Dec. 23, 1938. On Dec 25, 1938, she went to Sheridan Funeral Home in Lancaster, Ohio to make his funeral arrangements. She came home, sat down in her chair and died.
