Read More	The following provided by Find A Grave contributor Cara": The River Press, Fort Benton, Mont., 10 Dec 1969 Theodore Peres Died Here Tuesday Morning Theodore Peres, 86, a resident of this area for 60 years, died Tuesday morning in the St. Clare hospital. Mr. Peres had been a patient for a little more than a week. Mr. Peres was born Nov. 30, 1883, in Aneres, France. He came to the United States in 1908 and worked in the coal mines in Sand Coulee for two years. He then returned to France and married married Maria Birabent at Boila in 1912. The couple came back to homestead in the Highwood section in 1912 and have since lived in this county. Mr. and Mrs. Peres had lived in Fort Benton since shortly after World War II but he continued to farm for years and was active and working until two or three years ago. Funeral services will be this Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Benton Funeral Home, Rev. Don Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery. Mr. Peres is survived by his wife; two children, Pierre Peres, Fort Benton, and Mrs. James (Lucie) Renville, Loma; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and other relatives.
