Description	:	LOGHRY, THOMAS MARCELLUS—Thomas Marcellus Loghry, eldest son of Alvin and Clarissa Loghry, was born in Wayne county, Iowa, December 10, 1872. He departed this life at the home of Henry Muhlenburg near Geneva, Neb., January 16, 1941, at the age of 68 years, 1 month, and 6 days. He came with his parents to Fillmore county, Nebraska, in the spring of 1880. He lived with his parents until the death of his mother in November, 1901. Read More	LOGHRY, THOMAS MARCELLUS—Thomas Marcellus Loghry, eldest son of Alvin and Clarissa Loghry, was born in Wayne county, Iowa, December 10, 1872. He departed this life at the home of Henry Muhlenburg near Geneva, Neb., January 16, 1941, at the age of 68 years, 1 month, and 6 days. He came with his parents to Fillmore county, Nebraska, in the spring of 1880. He lived with his parents until the death of his mother in November, 1901. His father then retired from the farm, after which he spent a number of years in Frontier county, Nebraska, returning to Fillmore county in 1928, when he entered the employ of Mr. Muhlenburg, where he continued until his death. In his youth he united with the Methodist church in Geneva, Neb., and remained an earnest and faithful member through the years. He is survived by two brothers, William A. of Geneva, and James P. of San Jose, Cal; and two sisters, Mrs. Frank McLaughlin of Fremont, Neb., and Mrs. Cyrus Walker of Geneva. His mother, father, and one sister, Mrs. J. B. Morgan, preceded him in death. Funeral services were conducted at the Hrubesky Funeral Home Friday afternoon, January 17, Rev. W. B. Pardun, pastor of the Geneva Methodist church, officiating. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery. The Nebraska Signal 23 January 1941 front page.
