Read More	Tena was the daughter of Gert and Antje Riekena Heikens. She was born in Grundy County, Iowa. She married Dick Beving on 1 November 1888 in German Township, Grundy, Iowa. They were the parents of Ubbe, George, John, Annie, and Harry Beving. May 30, 1940 Milford - Friends were grieved to hear of the sudden death of Mrs. D. E. Beving last Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Beving had not enjoyed very good health for several years but was up and around the house as usual that day. After the noon meal she took her usual rest and had slept longer than usual. They went to her bedside and found she was gone. The end came peacefully. Funeral services were held at the home at 1:30 p. m. and in the Reformed church of which she was a member at 2 o'clock. Burial was made in the cemetery nearby. Moral offerings were many and beautiful. Sincere sympathy is extended the husband and the children and to all other relatives in their sorrow.
