Rosary is 7 p.m. Thursday also at Tennant Funeral Home. Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with the Rev. Ken Koehler officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Foxhoven is survived by her husband, Francis, of Sterling; son, Dennis Foxhoven and wife Carol of Sterling; daughter, Donna Hoff and husband Bill of Sterling; brother, Grant Grauberger of Sterling; sister, Phyllis Flater of Sterling; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Research for Children's Diseases at the University of Colorado or to Children's Hospital care of Tennant Funeral Home Box 1547, Sterling.
