GREENLEE Utica Onias Greenlee was born October 10, 1876 at Sidney, Iowa and passed away at Council Bluffs, Iowa, January 4, 1937, at the age of sicty years, two months and twenty-five days. Mr. Greenlee spent his childhood at Sidney, coming with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Greenlee, when he was thirteen years old to the vicinity of Dunlap. In 1897, he was united in marriage to Ver Minnie Belle Rosenbaugh. To them were born seven children: Mrs. Frank Noel, Mrs. Arthur Storrs, Ernest, Vernie and Chester, all of Dunlap; Mrs. Oscar Parris of Council Bluffs, and Mrs. Leola Sculla of Omaha, Nebraska. When a young man, Mr. Greenlee worked in the printing office in the employ of Mr. Enbody and Mr. Caverly. In the later years of his life here in Dunlap, he has been engaged in the work of painting and paper hanging, continuing at this work until the beginning of his illness about seven weeks ago. He was a kind and loving companion and father and will be greatly missed by the family. Besides his wife and children, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Byron Work and Mrs. Edd Hunt; two brother, Marian and Edd Greenlee of Covington, Oklahoma and eight grandchildren. He leaves also many other relatives and a large number of friends. Funeral Services were conducted at the Methodist Church by Rev. V. W. Henderson, 2:30 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon. Burial was made in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Married Verminnie Belle Rosenbaugh on 17 Feb 1897 in Dunlap, Harrison Co., IA. To this union, six known children were born. 1. Esther Estella Greenlee (b. 05 Sep 1897) 2. Chester Adair Greenlee 3. Della Greenlee 4. Leola Greenlee (nothing further is known about her at this time) 5.
