Description	:	Update a/o September 12, 2013: The name has been mis-identified in some cemetery listings. His 1880 probate file clearly uses "W.H. Davis", as did his Fairfield Tribune obituary published on March 25, 1880. The obituary went on to refer to him as "Harry", however, and that matches his inscription. Harry's death was reported in a very long and graphic account published in the Fairfield Ledger on March 24, 1880 (and Fairfield Tribune, as noted above). Note: The engraved DOD is March 21, 1880; aged 35y 10m 29d. Some sources use March 20, 1880 as the DOD, so researchers of this family should be cautious about the accuracy of both the DOB and DOD, pending any clarification. His probate file, however, used March 22, 1880 for his death date.
