He is survived by his widow, Mabel, Meriden and eight children. They are Kenneth, Meriden; Mrs. Mabel Parrott, Aurelia; Vernon, Meriden; Mrs. Voneta Gill, Meriden; Miss Boneta Gordon, Sioux City; Mrs. Betty Curry, Cedar Rapids; Bill, Meriden; Walter Jr, Meriden.
