Funeral Services Today 12:30. Large Gathering of Sorrowing Relatives and Friends Fills St. Paul's Church. Mrs. Henry J. Glandorf died on Monday November 28th, after an illness that covered a period of three years. The funeral services were held at St Paul's Ev. Lutheran church this afternoon at 12:30, the Rev. H. P. Grief and the Rev. R. Uhlman, of Immanuel's church officiating, the services were conducted in German and English. The services were attended by a gathering of friends, relatives and neighbors that filled the church to its capacity. The interment was in the cemetery at Immanuel's church, York township, and the procession of automobiles was of great length. The Rev. Mr. Uhlman officiated at the grave in the family lot in which reposes the body of the daughter who died in her infancy. The pallbearers were Martin Maas, Henry Behrens, Henry Witte, Henry Hild, Albert Ristedt, and George Petershagan. Minnie Eliza Newkirk was born in Iowa Township on December 9th, 1886, her parents being Mr.and Mrs. John Newkirk, pioneers of the neighborhood. She attended St. John's school and was confirmed in the faith of the Evangelical Lutheran church. On October 9th, 1913, she was united in marriage to Mr. Henry J. Glandorf, and the home was on the farm in East York. To this union were born two daughter, one died in infancy and the husband and one daughter Esther, remain to mourn their heavy loss.
