Read More	"William Baxter Little, second son, and youngest child in a family of six children of two boys and four girls, of Joseph and Nancy Little, entered this life on May 3, 1875, passed out on Dec. 6, 1918, Times Calendar marking his time here at forty-three years, seven months and three days. He grew to manhood on the plot of ground on which he was born and where he lived continuously until the time of his death. His dear mother was taken by death when he was six months old leaving him to be cared for in his helpless days and years of childhood by a kind and considerate father and loving and faithful brother and four sisters who gave to him the tenderest and unfailing loving care that was continued with unabating faithfulness to the time of his death. The writer of this can say truthfully that no boy in his acquaintance ever passed from infancy to manhood under pleasant environments, maintained and kept by father, brother and four noble, loyal and loving sisters, than did William Baxter Little. To all the many friends who were intimately acquainted with brother Joseph Little's family, the tenacious love of each to all the others, the fraternal love and loyal unity that prevailed, was admired and praised by all, and surely present an enviable condition for this life and speaks well of the hopes and desires of the Governor of the home. Bring all his life till his majority constantly associated with a father, grandparents and uncles and aunts who believed the Old Bible message of Salvation by Grace, it was but natural that he would believe its tenets, and that belief grew into a burning desire to know that he had received his portion and in deep sorrow for sin and earnest confession of the same to God in the year of 1902 he received the gracious evidence of pardoning Love and because of following the flesh lusts at times since has given strength to the opposers of Grace, yet by the confession of his sins and in humble prayer to Almighty God, and the prayers and encouragement of three of his devoted sisters who were with him in his last sickness, he was permitted victory over his failures and said he didn't then fear to die but would be glad to live for his dear wife, child and grandchild, thus bringing to mind God's wonderful promise, "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee." He was married to Alice Bond August 26, 1894. To this union two children were given, a boy and girl, the former dying in infancy. His father died April 23, 1915 and his brother, George, in February preceding. His dear, faithful wife, child and grandchild and four loyal, true and faithful sisters, to those who were present he gave loving testimony of tender love, and uncles, aunts and many friends remain to mourn his departure."
