Allena nd Hezekiah Stout Senr from William Cottrals to Hezekiah Stouts Mill a distance of abut two miles and we believe it will be road of utility we believe there is no objection to the road by the land holders with the exception of John R. Allen. Whereupon the court being of opinion that the road applied for will be convenient, it is ordered that John R. Allen one of the proprietors of the land through which the same is proposed to be conducted, be summoned to appear here forthwith to show cause if any he can why the said road should not be opened."
