Description	:	Obituary: William Linebrink was born in Sandusky County, Ohio on April 4, 1843. He moved to Defiance County with his parents in 1849. At the age of 21 years he enlisted in Company K, 107th Regiment O.V.I. and received an honorable discharge July 11, 1865 at Charleston, South Carolina. Returning to the old home in 1866, he was united in marriage to Mary Toberan, eight children blessed this union, shortly after his marriage united with the German M. E. Church, afterward transferring to the St. John's M. E. Church, being a faithful member of the church and Sunday school until God... Read More	Obituary: William Linebrink was born in Sandusky County, Ohio on April 4, 1843. He moved to Defiance County with his parents in 1849. At the age of 21 years he enlisted in Company K, 107th Regiment O.V.I. and received an honorable discharge July 11, 1865 at Charleston, South Carolina. Returning to the old home in 1866, he was united in marriage to Mary Toberan, eight children blessed this union, shortly after his marriage united with the German M. E. Church, afterward transferring to the St. John's M. E. Church, being a faithful member of the church and Sunday school until God called him to that great church above. Mr. Linebrink was a man with many friends, having lived in the neighborhood all his life and upon the same farm. He had the opportunity of seeing the country improve and as the surroundings will show he took great pride in improving his own home. He was a man that was devoted to his family and could nearly always be found at home. After a short illness, he was called home Sunday morning, September 15, 1912, aged 69 years, 5 months and 11 days. Living are a widow, five daughters, three sons and one brother, one sister and five grandchildren and a host of friends to mourn their loss. The funeral was held from the St. John's M. E. Church conducted by the pastor Rev. Miller and interment taking place in the church Cemetery.
