He was preceded in death by his oldest son, William Paul Richardson who died in 1988. Services were held at Kurtz Funeral Home, Jarrettsville, MD, with the Rev. John McKnight and Rev. Arlie Cole officiating. Pallbearers were his grandsons; Richard Jay Price, Steven Price, Ronald Price, William L. Richardson, Dale Richardson, Daniel Richardson, Ken Richardson, Jr. and Will K. Richardson. Honorary pallbearers were David Rutledge and Tim Hannan. Published in The Aegis; Wed., Sept. 6, 1995.
