Description	:	The oldest grave here is from 1898. In 1937, W.P. King bought the property. A friend, who he knew from Green Briar, Arkansas, talked him into deeding the land for a cemetery. The built a road around the cemetery and fenced it in. A board of trustees was appointed including Mr. King. Later on, Mr. Jimmy Mathers and Mr. Pete Parks gave additional land for the cemetery.
