She was born on Feb. 7, 1931, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late William Ray and Beulah Clara Jenkins Courtney. Mrs. Rinaca had worked for the Virginia Oak Tannery. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Louderback. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Luke Lutheran Church. Rinaca service A memorial service for Agnes Rinaca will be held at 4 p.m. this Saturday, Aug. 21, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery in Shenandoah.
