She attended York No. 8 school near Vining. She married Joseph E. Blaha, July 12, 1915. He died March 6, 1969. She was a member of WFLA and the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 226, Elberon. She is survived by one son, Glenn Blaha, Chelsea; two daughters, Mayme Dvorak, Belle Plaine, and Ollie Kremenak, Clutier; one brother, James Sokol, and two sisters, Julia Linhart and Ella Shanda; also 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by four sisters, Anna Herink, Mary Riha, Emma Bartosh, Frances Dvorak and two in infancy; also four brothers, Joseph, Frank, Joseph, Charles and one in infancy; and one son, Milvoy J.
