Aletha Faubion was born on June 19, 1874 in the Old Quaker Mission near Kansas City, Kansas, where at the time her father was pastor of the Methodist church. Miss Faubion was untied in marriage to O. F. Harris on November 8, 1903, in Osage Co., Kansas. Four sons, Warren F., Charles Nathaniel, Frank E. and Wilbur were born to this union. With the exception of one son, Wilbur, all the children are living. Besides the bereaved husband, three sons, Warren F., Charles Nathaniel, and Frank E, all of Chelan; two step-sons, Emmons Harris of Okanogan, and Carl Harris of Lewiston, Idaho; an aged mother, Mrs. M. D. Faubion, of Chelan; three brothers, Frank and Findlay Faubion, of Chelan, and Joseph Faubion of Alberta, Canada; two sister, Mrs. Margaret Houser, and Mrs. Anna Baughman, both of Kansas; two aunts, one of which, Miss Ann J. Chick had lived for twelve years with Mrs. Harris; and three uncles share in the bereavement of a loved one, who has been called to join the innumerable throng that shall live forever more.
