Mohrhoff, 90, passed away at her home in Adams, Thursday evening. She was born in Germany April 18, 1879 and came to the U.S. and Sterling at the age of 14 years. She had been a resident of the Adams vicinity since 1910. She is survived by three sons, George of Adams, John and Edwin, both of Lincoln; four daughters, Mrs. Louise Davis and Mrs. Bruce (Pauline) Pittman, both of Adams and Mrs. Edward (Anna) Krantz and Mrs. Albert (Eldora) Strauss, both of Lincoln; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Her husband and two daughters, preceded her in death. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Adams Presbyterian Church with the Rev. J. Mark Irwin officiating and interment in the Highland Cemetery at Adams. The remains will be taken from the Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Beatrice to their chapel in Adams, Saturday at 12 noon and will lie in state at the church one hour preceding the services. Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel of Adams is in charge of arrangements.
