Description	:	Ardith J. Huge, 79, of Cloverdale and formerly of Monticello, died Friday, Feb. 29, 2008, at Clarian Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born Oct. 3, 1928, in Monon, she was the daughter of the late James Sherwood and Ida Myrtle Collins McCray. Her marriage was to August J. Huge on Feb. 19, 1950. He died June 11, 1988. Read More	Ardith J. Huge, 79, of Cloverdale and formerly of Monticello, died Friday, Feb. 29, 2008, at Clarian Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born Oct. 3, 1928, in Monon, she was the daughter of the late James Sherwood and Ida Myrtle Collins McCray. Her marriage was to August J. Huge on Feb. 19, 1950. He died June 11, 1988. She was a homemaker and had been a secretary/recptionist for Wabash Valley Health in Delphi, a switchboard operator, receptionist and acccounts receivable clerk at the Putnam County Hospital in Greencastle, owner/operator of Pekes of Snow Kennels in Monticello and a legal secretary for the Boomershine law office in Monticello. Mrs. Huge was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Cloverdale, the U.S. Twirling Association, a certified teacher, judge and director for the National U.S. Twirling Association contest, Indiana Baton Council, 4-H Dog Club leader for 35 years, a longtime voluneer for the White County Suicide Hotline and longtime director of Lads and Lassies Drum and Baton Corps in Logansport. Surviving are two daughters, Gloria J. Eudy (husband: Donald Michael) of Milton, Fla., and Jennifer L. Huge of San Francisco; and a son, Duane Huge (wife: Jane Ann) of Cloverdale. Visitation 4-8 p.m. with services at 8 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2008, at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Graveside service 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at IOOF Riverviw Cemetery, Monticello, Pastor Tom Woodley officiating. Surviving are 2 grandchildren, Mariah Grace Huge and Nicholas Ray Eudy.
