Her granddaughter, Lori Bennett Kramer, has researched the family extensively, and has found no proof that Betty was actually married to Clyde Bennett, except for a brief newspaper article saying that they had married, he would be working in Wichita, and she would be living with her parents. Heiser, 70, formerly of Lone Star Trailer Court, died at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, 1993, at Medicalodge North. She was born Feb. 9, 1923, in Glasco, the daughter of Raymond and Kathryn Rogers Pilcher. Mrs. Heiser attended schools in Glasco, graduating from Glasco High School. She lived in St. Louis for several years and came to Pittsburg 35 years ago. Mrs. Heiser had been employed as a legal secretary. Survivors include three granddaughters and three great-granddaughters. Mrs. Heisler's body will be cremated and private burial and memorial services for the cremains will be at a later date at Glasco. Arrangements are under the direction of Brenner Mortuary, Inc., 114 E. Fourth St.
