No arrangements have yet been made for the funeral. Christine Danner, daughter of John Danner was born Feb 13, 1898 on a farm near Auburn. She was reared in that vicinity and was married in Sioux City Nov 25, 1920 coming at once to Carroll which had since been the home. Three children were born to this union and with the husband survive: Paul aged 10, Everett 7, and Wayne 5 years old. She also leaves her father, John Danner, sr; four sisters and three brothers: Mrs Frank Olerich of Breda; Mrs Phillip Schleisman of Lidderdale; Mrs H.M. Johnson of 209 north West street; Joseph Danner and Miss Mary Danner of Carroll; John Danner jr and Ben Danner of Maple River. Her mother, Mrs John Danner sr, died March 22, 1930. Mrs Osterholt, has been ill for the past two years. About two months ago she went to University hospital at Iowa City for treatment and spent three weeks there. She returned home and after two weeks returned again to the hospital where she died. She had a tumor on the brain and suffered a hemorrhage which was followed by convulsions, resulting in her death.
