She died on June 19, 1956 in Spokane Washington and is buried in the Jacobs plot at the Guttenberg City cemetery. Her Husband Werner W. Eggerth d. 21 May 1926( who she outlived by 30 years) is buried at Luverne Iowa, Kossuth County Iowa next to his two other wifes, Emma Piehl and Anna Kate. In 1909 Werner publishes a book of poems entitled "My own Philosophy and other Poems and Dramas." He has been married to Clementine for two years now and the book is dedicated as follows, " To Clementine, my kind wife and faithful helper."
