At an early age she was baptized in the Lutheran Church, and later was confirmed in the same church, of which she was a true and faithful member to the day of her death. Read More	Glasco Sun, March 9, 1933, page 1: Cora Aletha Anderson, daughter of Christian and Sarah Anderson, was born November 28, 1874, on their farm south of Glasco, Kansas and departed this life March 5, 1933 aged 58 years, 3 months and 7 days. At an early age she was baptized in the Lutheran Church, and later was confirmed in the same church, of which she was a true and faithful member to the day of her death. Mr. Anderson passed away when Cora was four years old; she continued to live on the farm until the fall of 1905 when she and her mother moved to town and here spent the remainder of her life. For several years she clerked in Studt Brothers store, but resigned to take care of her mother, who was in failing health. She was her mother's constant companion and help and her entire time was devoted to contributing to the happiness and comfort of others. Mrs. Anderson passed away, January 12th, 1931, and since that time Cora has lived in the home of her sister, Mrs. Ida Studt. She will be sadly missed not only in the family circle, but also in the Church in whose work she was much interested. Her kind and helpful acts were much appreciated in the Ladies Aid and Missionary Society. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister, Mrs. Ida Studt; one nephew, Charles Studt; two nieces, Ida and Esther Studt; a number of other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church Tuesday afternoon at 1:30, conducted by Rev. George L. Search. Interment was in Glasco Cemetery.
